Christmas Store Teams
Toy Team – Assist the team leaders with shopping for toys, remove labels from toys, assign point value for toys. On setup night, help move and stage toys. Christmas Store Day, assist hostess/host and families with choosing toys for children.
Food Team – Assist the team leader with staging food prior to setup night. On setup night help prepare food boxes with dry goods. Christmas Store Day, complete food boxes with cold items and help deliver to vehicles of families.
Hygiene Team – Assist the team leader in purchasing items and bagging items. On setup night, help move items and stage items. Christmas Store Day, assist hostess/host and families with choosing items for their family’s needs.
Gift Wrapping Team – On setup night, assist with staging wrapping area. Christmas Store Day, wrap gifts and label gifts for families. May require extended time standing and wrapping at a fast pace.
Bagging Team – On setup night, assist in all areas with staging. Christmas Store Day, walk with hostess/host to carry items that have been chosen for families. Will stay with the hostess/host and family until gift wrapping is complete. Will take bagged items to the holding area.
Hostess/Host Team – On setup night, will review responsibilities while walking with families. Christmas Store Day, will be assigned to families and will be their main point of contact. You will walk with families through each area. Will require attention to detail as you will keep up with each family member’s chosen items.
Evangelism – On setup night, could assist setup and will review any material that may be used during conversation with families. Christmas Store Day, will talk and listen to families during conversation. Will have the opportunity to share the Gospel of Christ with families and will pray with them.
