Deacons

Bethel is pastor-led, deacon-served, and congregationally approved. God gave both pastors and deacons to the church to flourish side by side for the glory of Christ and His bride. Without biblical pastors, a local church lacks a loving servant who can teach the Word of the Lord. Without deacons, a local church has no faithful men who lead in service for the community’s physical needs.
